The Rich Description Content Project united images and video with solid copy across 500+ product pages on Sears.com.
Since this project was the 1st implementation of the Rich Description Module, it required not only interfacing with a wide range of teams and internal business, but distillation of steps and requirements into a process and guidelines for future expansion.
I solved this by not only walking through and iterating the process in thorough detail, but having a library of shareable content built that allowed multiple products to display the same features, without the need to recreate them.
A/B testing has proven this project a tremendous success.
